Welcome to XORA. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the policies available on our website.

XORA offers accessories. We do our best to display our products accurately, but slight differences in color or appearance may occur depending on your screen. Product details, availability, and prices may change without notice.

All orders are subject to availability. XORA reserves the right to accept, cancel, or refuse an order in cases such as out-of-stock items, pricing errors, incorrect information, or suspected misuse. Our products are intended for personal use only and not for resale.

The price shown at checkout is the price charged for your order. We offer Cash on Delivery and InstaPay as payment methods.

We ship across Egypt. Orders in Cairo, Giza & Alexandria are usually delivered within 1–3 business days, while other governorates typically take 2–5 business days. The shipping fee is 95 EGP for all orders. Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on your location and the courier’s schedule.

Orders may be canceled before dispatch only. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.

Returns and exchanges are subject to our Return & Exchange Policy. You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the item is unworn, unused, and in its original condition, tags, and packaging.

If you change your mind at delivery, you may return the order to the courier and pay the delivery fee only. For approved change-of-mind returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for the shipping fees, even during free-shipping offers. Approved refunds are processed through InstaPay.

All content on the XORA website, including logos, images, product photos, text, designs, and branding, belongs to XORA and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

By submitting a review, photo, or video to XORA, you allow us to use it on our website and social media for marketing and promotional purposes.

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to copy its content, interfere with its operation, or upload harmful code. XORA is not responsible for delays or issues caused by the courier, technical problems, or circumstances beyond our control.

XORA may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be effective once posted on the website.
